one click, ready to paste
Everything happens on the live page, and every note carries enough context for an agent to find the right file.

Hover to outline an element, click, type. Each pin follows its element as you scroll, and its number matches the note in the panel.

Click any text and type. Links and formatting around it stay put, and the usual shortcuts add emphasis.

Remove hides a section on the spot, so you see the page without it. Restore it from the panel whenever you like.
One short Markdown file. Each item says what to change and how to find it in your code: the exact text, the headings above it, a stable selector and a small excerpt. Never the whole page.
